WARRANTY/ RETURNS
Rhino Tuff Tanks (RTT) stands behind all of
our quality products and we will repair or replace at our discretion, any
product found to be defective due to a manufacturing defect. The
manufacturers warranty does not apply to any products that have been
subjected to an accident, adjustment, improper installation,
misapplication, misuse, modification, neglect, repair, including but not
limited to improper maintenance, or use of unauthorized parts or
attachments.
Before returning any products, you must first
contact a RTT Customer Service Representative and request a RMA (Return
Material Authorization). To obtain the RMA, email our Customer
Service Department email
amyd@rhinotufftanks.com (Amy Dillon).
Customer Service hours are 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, CST.
All returns must be properly packaged, and if the product is not being
returned due to a manufacturer's defect, it is subject to a 15% restocking
fee and all freight cost incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
After acquiring the RMA, all products / parts must
be promptly returned to the address below:
